We use this information for one thing: providing the service you ask for (showing availability, sending the alerts you created, answering your messages, keeping the service running). The basis is your consent: every collection follows a voluntary action on your part, and you can withdraw it at any time (section 7).

No other sharing. The availability shown comes from the City of Montréal's public sources.

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of information about you, and withdraw your consent at any time: write to contact@court-central.ca. Every alert email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Alerts can be deleted directly in the app ("My alerts").

HTTPS encryption, data minimisation (we collect only what is described here), double opt-in for email, restricted access to data.

9. Minors

The service is intended for the general public and does not target the collection of information from minors.

10. Changes and complaints

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with its date. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
